The Present Mixed Sporadic Joint Contracting Of Services, Supply And Works Of Mere Conservation And Maintenance Or Modifying Works If Applicable, Has As Its Main Purpose The Provision Of Preventive, Regulatory, Corrective And Modifying Maintenance Services, If Applicable, Of The Set Of Buildings, Housing Estates And Facilities That Make Up The Work Centers Of The Headquarters Of The Regional Council Of Vallès Occidental, Of Mercavallès And Of The Consortium For The Management Of Waste Of Vallès Occidental. This Procurement Is Based On The Collaboration Agreement Between The Regional Council Of Vallès Occidental And The Consortium For Waste Management Of Vallès Occidental To Regulate The Sporadic Joint Contracting Of The Mixed Contract For The Maintenance And Conservation Services Of The Grounds, Buildings, Equipment And Facilities Of The Aforementioned Entities Through Horizontal Cooperation, Approved By The Permanent Commission Of The Regional Council Of Vallès Occidental, On December 3, 2025 And By The Executive Committee Of The Consortium For Waste Management In Vallès Occidental, On December 12, 2025.
